Main duties and responsibilities:
- Hands-on role implementing end to the HR support to the Investment Properties functions.
- Involves strategizing and executing HR initiatives, providing internal customer support, daily HR Operations, and process enhancement.
- Create training materials, which combine various interactive graphics, video and technical elements for use on multiple types of devices.
- Support other teams to complete mandatory training at online platform and prepare related reports.
- Work closely with Division Heads/ Line Managers to devise appropriate and innovative approaches to meet business needs.
- Major contributor to on-going process improvement initiatives.
- Serves as a change management advocate and support & collaborate with HR Team members to share best practices and create new initiatives.

Job requirements
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Thorough understanding of revised labor law & regulations, and guidelines related to HR
- Ability to executive a range of strategic initiatives while maintaining a practical and hands on approach
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- A self-starter, be able to work under tight timeline with the ability to manage work pressure
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills and ability to work well with employees across all levels
- Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor/ or Master’s degree in HR with solid relevant HR generalist experience
- With at least 3 years HR work experience in local group companies/ or international
