This position is full-time. However, we have a cool office in the heart of Ulaanbaatar City.

Podcast Overview

It’ll be an audio + video business talk show featuring one host that will become a go-to source for exciting, engaging, interesting opinions on all things business. You’ll cover everything from earnings reports to the latest business trends. We’re looking for a full-time host who can be the voice and face of the show. The host will curate and analyze business news and present it over podcast feeds, video platforms, and social media.

The writers, editors, videographers, a producer, and a business development manager will collaborate to create the show and form relationships with listeners.

Think you have what it takes to be a pod pro? Record a 3-5 minute video of you analyzing two big business news stories. We are looking for someone who is unique, witty, engaging, and insightful.

What makes you qualified?

• A background in journalism and/or progressive commentary

• Fluency in English & Mongolian

• A proven track record of producing high-quality podcasts

• Familiarity with audio editing software and podcast distribution platforms

• Ability to source and professionally manage high-profile speakers and guests, as well as coordinate event flow

• A strong grasp of what makes for a good podcast episode and live event

• Impeccable organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• A willingness to work closely with a small team of hardworking writers and editors

• Clean and concise writing skills in English & Mongolian
